SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Most orders are processed as soon as possible, however please allow processing time up to 3 days during periods of high volume.
Unfortunately, we do not have any additional information related to tracking. What you see with the tracking number is the same information that we are able to see.
Package Not "Delivered":
If your tracking states that your package has been delivered, however you don't have it, there are a few things you can do prior to contacting us. 1. Reach out to your neighbors, roommate, spouse, etc. 2. Ask your local mail carrier (our cute packaging makes our packages memorable, so your mail person may just remember what happened!) 3. If all else fails, contact your local post office and file a claim. You may email us about this and we can discuss options, however please remember we are not responsible once the package enters the USPS system and we will do the best we can to help.
USPS Lost Package:
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for situations where USPS or UPS have lost a package. These are handled on a case-by-case basis, so please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if this occurs with your order.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. If this is not the case, here is how to complete a return with Boho Western Boutique.
We do accept returns within 7 business days of receiving your items. In order to return an item you must contact us via email within those 7 days and we will send you the information needed to proceed with the return. It is the buyer’s responsibility to pay for return expenses including shipping, and we do hold the right to deny any refunds if items are not in proper condition. Refunds will be issued through the original form of payment after the item is received and inspected. Boho Western Boutique does not credit original shipping charges.
All sale items are FINAL. There will be no returns, exchanges or store credit available for sale items.
Exchanges may be possible depending on stock levels, however they are not guaranteed. Please let us know in the email if you are looking to make an exchange.
Items returned for refunds or exchanges must be in NEW condition. This means: unwashed, unworn, unaltered, free of stains (including makeup, deodorant, food, etc.), free of pet hair and smoke free.
